said George Beals Petition by the Magistrates in his County Ap-
pears to this House nor does it in any manner Appear to us that
the Creditors of the said George Beal hath any Notice of his
Position. We therefore hope your Honours Concurrence with the
Bill as now returned to you for that Purpose

Was read with the Amendments Proposed thereto by the Upper
House with which Amendments this House Disagrees
T. Johnson Esq:r brings in and delivers to M.r Speaker a Bill
Entituled an Act for reviving and Continuing of Actions and
Process in several of the Courts of Law within this Province
which was read the first time and Ordered to lye on the Table
B. Calvert Esq.r from the Upper House delivers to M.r Speaker
a Petition of Burr Harrison. Indorsed By the Upper House re-
ferred to the Consideration of the Lower House
Which Petition was here read the first time and Ordered to
lye on the Table

The Report brought in by T. Johnson Esq:r relative to the Alle-
gations and facts contained in the Petition of Thomas Schley and
John Jeremiah Myar was read the Second time and the House
concurs therewith
The Petition of Thomas Schley and John Jeremiah [Myar] was
read and Rejected
The House Adjourns till 2. of the Clock
