Sum of Eighty One Pounds ten Shillings and Nine Pence Current
Money that the said Administrators have Past an Account with
the Commissary General in which they are allowed for the Pay-
ments of Accounts against the said Estate to the Amount of thirty
five Pounds twelve Shillings and two Pence Current Money; that
there are other Accounts against the Estate which the Administra-
tors have Paid to the Amount of twenty three Pounds and eleven
Pence which Appears to have been due, the Commissary General
has Indorsed on each of them that he will Allow them, That the
said Davis at the time of his Death was Indebted unto the Estate
of Daniel Dulany Esq:r deceased by three Bonds all which have
since been paid by the Administrators to Walter Dulany One of
the Executors of the said Dulany, the Principal and Interest of the
said Bond, the Payments made by the said Davis in his life time
first deducted at the time of Payment Amounting to the Sum of
Sixty three Pounds Eighteen Shillings and two Pence there was
also laid before your Committee a Bond Appearing to be duly
Executed from the said Daniel Davis unto Daniel Dulany Esq:r
Conditioned for the Conveyance of Part Of the Lot N.o 39 men-

tioned in the former Report made by Your Committee unto the said
Daniel Dulany in fee with an Assignment thereon from the said
Dulany to the said Myar the said Dulany by the said Assignment
declaring the said Bond to have been Past to him to Secure the
Payment of fforty Eight Pounds Pensylvania Currency due to him
from the said Davis and Acknowledging the Payment of the said

Sum by the said Myar there were other Accounts laid before your

Committee none of which Appear to be duly Authenticated, nor
have they at this time such Vouchers as would Justify the Ad-
ministrators in the Payment of them your Committee would Ob-
serve that there has not been a final Account Past in the Commis-
sarys Office [Nor has there been any List of Debts returned by
the Administration, in the said Office.] All which is Submitted
to the Consideration of the House
