the Bill Entituled an Act for regulating Innholders and Ordinary
keepers within this Province was Sent to the Upper House by Col.o
Tilghman and J. Hammond Esq:r

p. 385

On Reading the Bill Entituled an Act for the relief of certain
languishing Prisoners in the several Goals therein mentioned with
the Amendments Proposed thereto by the Upper House on con-
sideration thereof this House doth Agree to insert in the Said Bill
the Names of Thomas Hicks Newton Richard Freeman and William
Morgan of Calvert County Nathan Joyce and Shepherd Grimes of
Ann Arundel County but cannot agree to insert therein the Names
of Henry Heinzman and John Davis of Frederick County and
George Bell of Baltimore County
Ordered that a Message be Prepared and Sent to the Upper
House Signifying the Amendments agreed to by this House to
the said Bill And that T. Johnson S. Chase Esq:rs and M.r ffielder
Gantt do Prepare and bring in such Message
T. Johnson Esq:r brings in and delivers to M.r Speaker the
following Report Viz.t

By the Committee Appointed to enquire into the facts Set forth
in the Petition of Thomas Schley and John Jeremiah Myar of
Frederick County Administrators of Daniel Davis deceased
It Appears to your Committee that the said Daniel Davis died
Intestate leaving Issue as Set forth in the Petition That Letters of
Administration have since been granted to the said Thomas Schley
and John Jeremiah Myar as therein mentioned
That the Personal Estate of the said Davis by the Inventory
thereof returned into the Commissarys Office Amounts to the
