to the Clerk at the late Congress at New York than what hath been
already made to him
On Reading the Second time the Bill Entituled an Act for
regulating Innholders and Ordinary keepers within this Province
the Question was put Whether the Moneys arising for fines for
Ordinary Licences and fines and forfeitures for breaches shall be
Applied towards defraying the Charge of each respective County
Or paid into the hands of the Treasurers to be applied as the
General Assembly shall hereafter direct
Resolved that the Moneys be Applied towards defraying the
Charge of each respective County
