On Motion of M.r Hall, of Baltimore, Leave is given to bring in
a Supplementary Bill to the Act, entitled, An Act to prevent the
Mischiefs arising from the Multiplicity of useless Dogs &.a
Ordered, That M.r Hall of Baltimore, T. Ringgold, T. Johnson,
Esq.rs M.r Hanson, and M.r Allen, do prepare and bring in a Bill
accordingly.

The Bill, entitled, An Act for licensing Hawkers & Pedlars;
was read the second Time, and passed.

The Bill, entitled, An Act continuing an Act, entitled, An Act for
imposing an additional Duty of 2.d per Poll, was read the second
Time and will pass.

The Bill, entitled, An Act continuing an Act, entitled, An Act
for preventing Indians disaffected to the British Interest in Amer-
ica, from coming into this Province, &.a was read the second Time,
and will not pass.

The Bill, entitled, An Act for issuing Writs of Replevin out of
the County Courts of this Province, Was read the second Time and
will pass.
The Bill, entitled, An Act to enable the Justices of Charles
County Court, to assess and levy on the Taxable Inhabitants of
Trinity Parish, a Quantity of Tobacco, for building a Chapel of
Ease in Benedict Hundred, in said Parish, and for other Purposes
therein mentioned; was read the second Time, and will pass.

W. Murdock, Esq from the Conferrence, resorts to the House,
and reports to M.r Speaker, That the Conferees of the Lower
House acquainted the Conferees of the Upper House, that this
House have agreed to accept the second Proposition made by them,
as instructed by the Upper House.

The House adjourns till 2 of the Clock.
