On Motion of J. Hall, Esq Leave is given to bring in a Bill for
Relief of Creditors against Defendants who are Non-Residents.
Ordered, That J. Hall, Esq M.r Hall, of Baltimore, S. Chase,
and T. Johnson, Esq.rs do prepare and bring in a Bill accordingly
On motion of J. Hall, Esq Leave is given to bring in a Bill for
Relief of Insolvent Debtors
Ordered, that J. Hall, Esq Mr. Hall of Balt. S. Chase, & T.
Johnson, Esq.rs do prepare and bring in a Bill accordingly
On Motion of S. Chase, Esq Leave is given to bring in a Bill
for the Security of Purchasers and others, being Protestants,
claiming by or from Aliens.

Ordered, That J. Hall, Esq M.r Hall of Balt. S. Chase, & T.
Johnson, Esq.rs do prepare & bring in a Bill accordingly

On Motion of S. Chase, Esq Leave is given to bring in a Bill
for the better Support of the Poor, and erecting Workhouses, in
the several Counties of this Province.

Ordered, That D. Wolstenholme, T. Ringgold, T. Johnson, Esq.rs
M.r Grahame, M.r Hanson, M.r Edmondson, M.r Lecompte, M.r
Lee, M.r Earle, M.r Beale, J. Hall, Esq.r M.r Wright, M.r Allen,
and M.r Fielder Gantt, do prepare and bring in a Bill accordingly.

The Bill, entitled, An Act to ease the Inhabitants of this Prov-
ince, and to impower the Justices to bind out Apprentices; was
read and committed for Amendments.

The Bill, entitled, An Additional Supplementary Act to the Act,
entitled, An Act for quieting Possessions, enrolling Conveyances,
and securing the Estates of Purchasers; was read the second Time
and will pass, and was sent to Upper House, by M.r Worthington,
and Capt Chapline.
