The Order of the Day being read, the House took into further
Consideration the petition of Baltimore Town, in Baltimore County;
and Leave is given to bring in a Bill to remove the Nusance in Balti-
more Town, in Baltimore County.
Ordered, That S. Chase, William Allen, T. Johnson, J. Hall,
Esq.rs M.r Lee, Capt. Cockey Deye, and M.r J. Hall, of Baltimore,
do prepare and bring in a Bill accordingly.
T. Ringgold, Esq delivers to M.r Speaker, a Bill, entitled, An Act
to remedy the Evils arising from the retailing of Strong Liquors in
small Quantities, without License, and for other Purposes therein
mentioned
