Consideration the petition of Baltimore Town, in Baltimore County;
and Leave is given to bring in a Bill to remove the Nusance in Balti-
more Town, in Baltimore County.
Ordered, That S. Chase, William Allen, T. Johnson, J. Hall,
Esq.^rs M.^r Lee, Capt. Cockey Deye, and M.^r J. Hall, of Baltimore,
do prepare and bring in a Bill accordingly.
T. Ringgold, Esq delivers to M.^r Speaker, a Bill, entitled, An Act
to remedy the Evils arising from the retailing of Strong Liquors in
small Quantities, without License, and for other Purposes therein
mentioned
