Ordered, That T. Ringgold, T. Johnson, William Murdock, Wil-
liam Allen, John Hall, and H. Hollyday, Esq.rs do prepare and bring
in such Message.
Ordered, That the Petitions of Mayberry Helmes, and William
Horn, be referred for Consideration, on Friday next.
The Bill, entitled, An Act continuing an Act, entitled, An Act,
for relieving the Inhabitants of this Province from some Aggriev-
ances, and for continuing the Supplementary Act thereto: Was
read the second Time, and will pass, and was sent to the Upper
House, by M.r Selby, and M.r Alien.
B. Calvert, Esq from the Upper House, delivers to M.r Speaker,
the Bill, entitled, An Act continuing an Act, entitled, An Act for
relieving the Inhabitants of this Province from some Aggrievances,
in the Prosecution of Suits at Law, &.a Indorsed, "By the Upper
House of Assembly, Nov.r 19, 1766: Read the first and second
Time, by an especial Order, and will pass.

Which Bill was read here and passed for ingrossing.
The House adjourns till the Morrow Morning at 9 of the Clock

The following Message, Viz.t
By the Lower House of Assembly, Nov.r 20, 1766.
May it please your Honours,
This House hath appointed M.r Worthington, M.r Beall, M.r
Grahame, Col. Lloyd, M.r Ringgold, M.r Earle, M.r H. Hall, and
M.r Hanson, a Committee from this House, to inspect the Office
and Proceedings of the late Commissioners, or Trustees, for emitting
the Bills of Credit, established by Act of Assembly, and request
your Honours will appoint one or more Members of your House
to join the said Committee.

Was sent to the Upper House by M.r Hanson, and M.r Earle.
B. Calvert, Esq from the Upper House, delivers to M.r Speaker,
