       Hereupon the Defendt acknowledged a Judgmt for the said Suiñe, Liber C
      and It was Ordered tht the Deft Satisfie to the Plaintife his said
      Debt of 875 lb of tobaccoe wth Caske.

       The Plaintife arresting the Defendt in his aeon of Debt preferreth [p. 168]
      this ensueing Declaracon (vizt)
       To the Worple the Comissionrs of Charles Countie.
       The Plaintife Declares agt the Defendt in his acon of Debt to the
      Value of Nine hundred pounds of good tobaccoe and Caske for tht
      Jo: Browne Deed did owe and stood indebted unto this Plaintife in
      the Sume of Nine hundred pounds of good tobaccoe as by the Bill
      of the sd John Browne may appeare, and the sd Defendt is Administra-
      tor of the estate of the said John Browne whereupon he brings his
      Suite &c.
       Hereupon the Plaintife not being able to produce the said Bill
      It is ordered tht a Nonsuite be entered agt him

       The Plaintife arresting the Defendt in his aeon of Debt preferred
      this ensueing Declaracon (vizt)
       To the Worple the Comissionrs of Charles County.
       The Plaintife Declares agt the Defendt in an acon of Debt for
      one thousand, and sixtie five pounds of tobaccoe and Caske as more [p. 169]
      at Large will appeare by the said John Brownes Bill tobaccoe the
      Plaintife having of the Defendt demanded is denied the same unlesse
      it be Recovered by suite of Lawe is to the Plaintifes great Losse,
      and only occasioned by the Plaintifes personall, and particular aeon
       The Premises Considered the Plaintife humbly Craves ordr of
      Court &c.
       Hereupon the Defendt acknowledged a Judgmt for the said sume
      And It was ordered That the Plaintife be satisfied his said debt of
      1065 lb of tobaccoe wth Caske forthwth by the Defendt

       Nicholas Emerson produced an accot in Court of three hundred
      and five pounds of tobaccoe to him from Jo: Browne, and the said
      Gerrard Browne acknowledged the said accot to be just and true
      whereupon It was Ordered tht the said Gerrard Browne satisfie unto
      the said Nicholas Emerson his sd debt of 305 lb of tobaccoe wth Caske.

       Be it knowne unto all men by these presents That I George Atkins
      of Charles Countie in the Province of Marieland doe appoint, and
      ordaine my well beloved freind Alexander White of the aforesd
      Countie and Province to be my Lawfull Attorney concerning a Suite [p. 170]
