        Liber C Ordered therefore that the Defendt satisfie the Plaintife his said
              Debt of 1407 lb of Merchantable tobaccoe wth Caske.

                The Plaintife arresting the Defendt in his aeon of debt pre-
              ferreth this ensueing Declaracon vizt.
                To the Worple the Comissionrs of Charles Countie.
                The Plaintife Declares agt the Defendt in an aeon of Debt upon
         [p. 166] accot and Demands tht the Defendt forthwith Satisfie and pay unto
              the Plaintife the Sume of two thousand eight hundred, and three
              pounds of tobaccoe in Caske which is due and owing unto the Plain-
              tife as by an accot hereunto annexed plainly doth appeare Where-
              upon the Plaintife brings his suite
                Mdum the accot is upon the File.
                Hereupon the Defendt acknowledgeth a Judgment to the Plaintife
              for the said Sume
                Wherefore it is Ordered that the Defendt satisfie to the Plaintife
              the said Sume of 3803 lb of Merchantable tobaccoe Caske.

                The Plaintife arresting the Defendt in his aeon of Debt preferred
              this ensueing Declaracon (vizt)
                The Plaintife Declares agt the Defendt in his aeon of Debt, and
              Demands tht the Defendt forthwth satisfie and pay unto the Plaintife
              the sume of 400 lb of tobaccoe Caske for tht the Defendt is
              Administrator of John Browne deceased, and the said John Browne
              in his life time stood indebted to the Plaintife for the sd Sume, for
              wch he passed his Bill to the Plaintife readie to be produced in
              Court Whereupon the Plaintife brings his suite &c
                Hereupon and upon the producing of the said Bill the Defendt
         [p. 167] acknowledged a Judgmt to the Plaintife for the said Suffie, and
              It was Thereupon Ordered That the Defendt satisfie the Plaintife
              his said debt of 400 lb of tobaccoe caske.

              in the sd sume p accot whereupon the Plaintife brings his suite.
