        Liber C    Barrells of Indian Corne and further I give my said Attorney full
              power to Confesse Judgmt upon the Sight of the Bill as Witnesse my
              hand, and Seale the 7th of June 1667

               The Plaintife arresting the Defendt in his aeon of debt produced
              this ensueing Bill passed unto the Plaintife from the said Richard
              Pinnar in his life time (vizt)
               These presents oblige me Richard Pinnar of Charles Countie in
              the Province of Maryland to pay or cause to be paid unto Morgan
              Jones of the same Countie, & Province aforesd the full and justitie
              quantitie of 30 Barrells of Indian Come the 20th of November next
              after the date of these presents or such Comodities as the said
              Morgan Jones shall stand in Need of in case the abovesaid Richard
              Pinnar can produce them and to deliver the said goods unto the sd
        [p. 171]   Morgan Jones or his order at the same rate it cost the said Pinnar,
              and further the said Richard Pinnar doth oblige him selfe his heires,
              Executors, & Administrators to deliver or Cause to be delivered
              unto Morgan Jones sixe Cowes aged about foure, and eight yeares
              ould between the first of the Monthe called Aprill and the Last of
              the Monthe called May after the Date of these presents to be de-
              livered in Charles County between the halfe way tree and the Plan-
              tacon that Robert Downes nowe dwelleth upon Test. my hand the

               Hereupon the said Alexander White as Attorney of the said Geo.
              Atkins the Plantife confessed a Judgment for the sd thirtie Barrells
              of Corne and It was Ordered That the Defendt pay unto the Plain-
              tife the sd Corne wth Costs of suite.

               This Indenture made the tenth Day of June in the yeare of our
              Lord God one thousand sixe hundred and sixtie seaven Between

              Planter of the one part and John Hutchinson of the same County
              and Province gent of the other part Witnesseth That the said
              Morgan Jones for, and in Consideracon of a Certaine Sume of
              tobaccoe to him in hand paid before the ensealing and Delivery of
              these presents by the said John Hutchinson whereof and wherewth
              the said Morgan Jones doth acknowledge himself e Satisfied Con-
              tented and paid, and thereof and of every part and parcell thereof
