           Liber E Jno Lemaire confesses a judgtht to Thomas Hussy for the Sume
                of [canceled] thousand poundes of tob   costs as followes

          [p. 177] In a cause depending between Richd Ambrose Plaintiff and Thomas
                Russell Deft the Plaintiff by his Attorny Jno Jones complaines agt
                the Deft For tht the sd Thomas Russell refuseth to give a reasonable
                acct of tob reed for the use of the Plaintiff of Sundry psons: ordred
                that the Deft remaine in Sheriffs hands untill he give Sufficient
                Securety for his appeareance the next Court.

                 In a cause depending between Benja Rozer Plaintiff & Philip
                Lines Admr of all the goods & Chattells of James Lluellin late of
                Charles County decd, Deft, the Plaintiff in his pp pson declares
                agt the Deft for the Sume of two thousand poundes of tob due p a
                bill of the sd James Lluellins & in Court pduced & proved by John
                Jones & Philip Gibbon ordred that judgemt be entred agt the Estate
                of the sd Lluellin for the sd Sume of two thousand poundes of tob:

                 Richd Beck con fesseth a judgmt to Joseph Peirce for the Sume of
                four hundred Seventy and three poundes of tob: wth cost taxed at
                    tob



                 In a cause depending between Joseph Peirce Plaintiff and Francis
                Kilborne Deft the Plaintiff by his Attorny Jn0 Jones declares agst
                the Deft for the Sume of thirteen hundred fifety and nine pounds
                of tob due by bill beareing date 30th of May 1672: & the Deft by
                his Attorny Samuell Cressy comes and defends the Suite & craves a
                non Suite for tht the dec!aracon and writt doe not agree wch the
                Deft proved in Court whereupon its was ordred that a non Suite be
                entred agt the Plaintiff wth costs of Suite & Deft pduced this fol-
                loweing Bill of cost wch was allowed by the Comrs.
                    Imprimis To Attornys fees       60
                    To attendance at Court three dayes  90

                 Fra: Wine confesseth a judgetht to Francis Wine for the Sume
                of foure hundred and thirty poundes of tob: and allso one hundred &
                fifety tb tob: and cost of Suite as followes:
