to hold the aforesd land & all & Singular the premisses before
granted bargained & Sold with their & evy of their Rights members
& appurtencs whatsoev unto the sd William Ratcliffe his heires &
ass forever from him the sd Edward Price his heires executrs &
admrs And the sd Edward Price doth for himselfe his heires executrs
& admrs Covenante pmise & grante to & with the sd William Ratcliffe
his heires executrs admrs & ass that the premisses now are & for
ever hereafter shall be & continue free & cleare & freely & clearely
acquitted exonerated & discharged of & from all & singular former
& other bargaines Sales guifts grantes leases Rentes, arrearages of
Rentes, rentcharges mortgages Joyntures, dowers claymes, demands
& incumbrances whatsoev by him them or any of them formerly
had done or comitted or to be had done or comitted And the sd
Edward Price for himselfe his heires executrs & admrs the aforesd
pcell of land & all & Singular other the pmisses before granted bar-
gained & sold with the appurtenances unto the sd William Ratcliffe
his heires & ass for ever agst him the sd Edward Price his heires
executors & admrs & against all & evy of them lawfully claymeinge
from by or under him them or any of them shall & will warrant &
forever defend by theis pntes And the sd Edward Price for himselfe
his heires executrs & admrs doth Covenant pmise & grante to & with
the sd William Ratcliff his heires & ass by theise pntes that he the
sd William Ratcliffe his heires & ass & evy of them shall & may by
force & virtue of theis pntes lawfully peaceably & quietly have hold
occupy possess & enjoy the sd Land & all & singulr the pmisses before
granted bargained & sold with their & evy of their Rights members
& appurtenances & have receive & take the Rentes issues & proffitts
thereof to his & their owne propper use & behoofe, without any
manner of lett trouble eviction or interrupcon of or by the sd Price
his heires executrs admrs or ass or any of them (The Rentes &
Services which from henceforth from tyme to tyme & att all tymes
forever hereafter shall grow due & payable to the Cheife Lord or
Lords of the Fee or Fees thereof for or in respect of their Seignorie

In a cause depending between Josias Fendall plaintf and Ambrose
Bayly Deft, the Plaintiff in his pp pson, declares agt the Deft for
the Sume of one thousand pounds of tob due by a bill beareing date
the 5th of August 1672 the Plaint proves in Court by the oathes of
Jno Baulch and Thomas Jeckrell tht it's the act & deed of the sd
