Liber E Ambrose Bayly, whereupon the Comrs gave judgemt agt the Deft
for the sd Sume of one thousand pounds of tob: and ailso this
ensueing costs

Wm Farloe the Sonn of Ambrose Farloe was borne the 15th day
of February Anno Domini 1671:
[p. Ordred that the Sheriff pay to Charles Gregory one thousand
pounds of tot formerly levied for the cure of a lame man named
[blank] This order being granted upon this Peticon hereunder
written
To the Worshipfull Comissioners of Charles County Court the
Peticon of Charles Gregory Chirurgeon, Humbly Shewes tht in
October last the Members of this Worshipfull Court were pleased
to Send a poore distressed lame Man unto your Peticoner being
ulcerated of both his leggs the wch your Peticoner tooke in cure
and used his intencons and industry to cure both by externall &
internall medecines applyed therefore may it please your Worshipps,
the pson being alimost cured that you would be pleased to award to
your peticoner the allow: wch is aliready levied for your Peticoner
in part and your Peticoner Shall continue his Industry to the effect-
ing the cure, & attend for the remainder untill another yeare, & your
peticoner Shall ever pray &c.
James Lee confesses judgetht to Benja Rozer for the Sume of
Six hundred eighty & eight pounds of tob:
Whereas there was an atachtmt granted unto Henry Adams agt
the Est of Michaell Ashford for the Sume of nine thousand pounds
of tob is now continued untill the next Court
The attachtht tht was formerly granted to Jacob Peterson for the
Sume of thirteen hundred pounds of tob agt the Est of the abovesd
Mich Ashford is likewise continued till the next Court
The Court is adjorned for two houres: The Court Sits
prsent mr Thomas Mathewes Mr Jno Douglas Mr Zach Wade Mr Robt
Henly Mr Wm Barton
Jno Grubb confesseth a judgemt to Benja Rozer for the Sume of
eighteen hundred twenty & two pounds of tob:
