               Godfrey Admr of the goods & Chattles of Stephen Mountague decd
               Defdt A Refference is granted at the request of the Defdt.

                In a difference dependinge betweene Rowland White Plt & Nicholas
               Scudamore Defdt The Plt by Samuell Cressey his Attorney declares
               agst the Defdt for the sume of 450 lb tob & one barrell of Indian
               Corne due by bill for which he con fest Judgment

                In a difference dependinge betweene John Grubb Plaintiffe &
               Francis Kilbourne Defdt The Plt by Samuell Cressey his Attorney
               declares in a Plea of Trespas on the Case, for the cure & Pasturage
               of a horse of the Defdts for which the Defdt assumed to pay unto
               the Plt fower hundred pounds of tobacco, Nevertheles the cure not
               beinge pfected the Court Ordered the Defdt to pay unto the Plt Two
               hundred pounds of tobacco & Costs of Suite which Costs are here
               underwritten.
