    In a difference dependinge betweene Thomas Baker Plantf & Fran-
    cis Kilbourne & Elizabeth his wife Admrx of all & singular the goods
    & Chattles of Daniell Johnson, dec, The Plaintiffe declareinge by his
    Attorñ Samuell Cressey in a plea of Trespas on the Case That at
    the request of the sd Johnson he had paid for the sd Johnson unto
    Amos Short the sume of fower hundred & twenty pounds of Tobacco
    for goods sold by the sd Short unto the Sd Johnson, alleadgeinge
    the sd Johnson did promise & assume to repay him the sd Baker at
    his request, But not makeinge his declaracon nor allegacon appeare
    to the Court, nor the Court findinge any cause of Action, The
    was nonsuited and Ordered to pay Costs to the Defdts as followes vizt.

    did deteyne for sevall weekes, It is ordered the Defdth pay unto the
    Pltf fower hundred pounds of Tobacco for damages susteyned by
    him, for their entertaineinge of his Covenant Servant Rachell
