Acquitt and dischardge the sd Richard Carpenter his heirs Execrs Liber E
and Adminisrs by theis presents As Alsoe for divers other good
Causes and Considerations him thereunto moveing hath bargained
Sold Aliened Enfeofed Assigned and sett over and by theise Presents
doth fully Cleerly and absolutely bargaine Sell Alien Enfeof and Sett
over unto the sd Richard Carpenter his heyres and Assignes for Ever
All thtt Parcell or tract of land Called (Nonesuch) lyeing in the
woodes of and upon the west side of the mayne fresh tht falleth into
poyntons Creek in the aforsaid Charles County beginning Att a
bounded Ash Tree standing by the run side and running Southwest
for bredth the length of fifty Perches to a bounded Oake standeing
att the Head of A Valley Called Lamberts Valley bounding one the
west A line drawn Northwest from the Said Oake the length of
Three hundred and twenty Perches to a bounded oake on the North
wth A line drawn Northe East from the end of the former line to a
bounded Oake tht Standeth Att the head of the Aforesaid Fresh
Runne thtt falleth into Poynten Creek on the East wth the sd Fresh
the South wth the aforsd Southwest lyne, Contayning A hundred
Acres more or lesse wth All and Singuler the houses buildinges Or-
chardes Pastures Feedings wayes watercourses woodes underwoodes
Proffitts Commodityes and Appurtenances to the sd Premises or any
part or parcell thereof belongeing or in any wise Appertayneing and
Alsoe All the Rightes Estates Title Interest use Property Posesion
Reversion claime and demand of him the Said John Boyden of and
In the same together wth All Deedes writeinges Evidences manu-
scripts or papers touching Or Concerning or any Part or Parcell
thereof To have And to Hold the aforsd parcell of Lande and All
and Singuler other the Premisses before granted bargained and Sould
their and every of their rightes members and appurtenances
wtsoever unto the sd Richard Carpender his heyrs and Assignes for
Ever, And the said John Boyden doth for himself e his heyres Execcrs
And Administrators Covenante promise and grante to and wth the
Richard Carpender his heirs Execrs Administratours and Assignes
tht he the Said John Boyden now is lawfully and Justly Possessed
of a just and due Title and Clayme in law of and in the before bar-
gained Premisses and hath Full and absolute power to bargaine sell
and Assure the same and thtt the Premises Now are and From ever [fol. 123]
hereafter shall be and Continue Free and Cleere and Freely and
Cleerly Acquitted Exonerated and dischardged of and fromm all and
Singuler former and other bargaines sales gifts grantes leases rents
Arrearages of Rentes rent chardges Morgages Jointures Dowers
claimes demandes And Incumberances wtsoever by him them or any
of them formerly had done or Committed or to be had done Or Com-
mitted And the sd John Boyden for himselfe his heirs Executtrs and
Administratrs the aforsd parcell of lande and all and singuler the
Premises before granted bargained and sould wth the Appurtenances
