      In a certaine matter of difference depending betweene Benja Rozer
     Adminr of the goodes and Chattells of Sam: Burford deceased and
     Thomas Witter deft, he ptfers his declaracon, whereupon the Defendt
     confesseth Judgmt for three hundred and fifety poundes of tobacco
      In another certaine matter of differrence depending betweene Benja
     Rozer plt Administrator of the goods and Chattells of Sam: Burford
     deceased, and George Godfrey the Adminr of the goods and Chattells
     of Jno Payne deceased; the plt prfers his declacon and it's read in
     Court whereupon the Worspfull the Comish have granted Judgmt agt
     the Deft wth costs of Suite

      In a certaine matter of difference depending betweene Capt William
     Boreman plantive and Robert Cady, defendant, the Deft craves that
     a Jury may be impanelled; Jonathan Marler Sworne in open Court
     in the behalfe of the deft who is aged thirty yeares or thereabout
     declares tht in June 1671 was by Thomas Briston requested to draw
     a Bill of Sale for one mare wch the said Robt Briston Sold to the
     Said Robert Cady wch accordingly I pformed and Saw Signeing and
     delivery thereof farther received of Capt Wilt Boreman 2800 lb of
     tobacco for the use of Mr Thomas Notley upon a Bill past from the
     said Boreman to his Excellency the Capt Genall of Maryland and
     assigned to Mr Thomas Notley to receive and farther Sayes not
      The plt: prfers his declaracon; The Jury returned and deliver to
     the Comishoners this ensueing virdict, wch is that they finde noe
     cause of action whereupon its ordred tht the plantive pay the costs
     of Suite

      In a certaine matter of difference depending betweene Josias
     Fendall plantive and Jno Lemaire Deft in a plea of debt
      by his Attorney Sa: Cressy The plantive declareing agt the de-
     fendant for the Sume of Sixteene hundred poundes of tobacco due
     p bill beareing date the 16th of November 1671 payable upon demand,
     wch bill being produced in Court and the Deft acknowledged it to be
     his act and deed the Court gave Judgmt agt the Deft costs of
     Suite

      In a certaine matter of diference depending betweene Nicholas
     Salsby Plantife and Robt Downes Defendant both partyes appeare-
     ing the Deft craves an imparelance wth was granted till the next
     Court
