exonerated and discharged, or otherwise from tyme to tyme well Liber E

his heyres Executrs or Administratrs of and from all and all man-
ner of former or other gifts grantes bargaynes Sales Leases mort-
gages Joyntures Dowers title of dowers recognizances Extents
Judgmts executions uses Entayles Rents and Arrearages of Rents,
forfeitures fynes Issues, and amercemts and of and from all and
singular other titles troubles charges demandes and incumbrances
wtsoever had made cofflitted Suifred omitted or done By the sd
Francis Adams his heyres or Assignes or by any other pson or
psons wtsoever lawfully claymeing by from or under him, thm or
any of thm, or by from or under his or theyre meanes, act consent
title Intrest or pcuremt (The Rents and Services wch from hence-
forth from tyme to tyme for and in respect of the prmisses, wch
shall grow due and payable to the Lord Propryetary, or to other
Lord or Lords of the fee or fees of the prmisses, onely excepted
and foreprized, And farther tht the sd Francis Adams for himselfe
his heyres Executors and Administratrs, doe covenant promise grant
& agree to and wth the sd John Payne his heyres & Assignes That he
the sd Francis Adams his heyres and Assignes, and all and every
other pson or psons, and theyre heyres lawfully haveing or clayming
or rightfully prtefldiflg to have any estate right title Intrest or
demand in to or out of the prmisses or any part or parcell of thm
by from or under the sayd Francis Adams, his heyres and Assignes
shall and will from tyme to tyme and at all tymes dureing the space
of Seaven yeares next ensueing the date of these prsents, at or
upon the reasonable request, and at the Costs and charges in the
law of the sayd John Payne his heyres or assignes make doe pform
acknowledge Execute and Suffer or cause to be made done pformed [fol. 29]
acknowledged executed & Suffred all and every such farther lawfull
and reasonable act & acts thing & things devise and devises assure-
ance and assureances and conveyances in the law wtsoever for the
farther better and more pfect assureance, surety sure makeing and
conveyeing of all and Singular the before hereby graunted or
menconed to be granted prmisses theyre and every of theyre
rights members and appurtenances unto the sayd John Payne his
heyres and Assignes or by his or theyre councell learned in the
law, shall be reasonably devised advised or required, soe as the
sd Francis Adams his heyres Executrs and Administrs or Such other
pson or psons who Shall be required to make such farther assurance,
be not compelled or compellable to travell farther thn to St Maryes
in or about the makeing thereof, And lastly, It is covenanted
granted concluded and condescended unto, & fully agreed upon, by
and betweene both the before named partyes to these prsents for thm
theyre heyres and Assignes by these prsents, that all fynes feofmts
recoveryes and assureances in the law wtsoever had made acknowl-
edged Suifred or done, or hereafter to be had made acknowledged
