    prmises now are & for ever hereafter shall be & Continue free &
    cleare & freely & Clearely acquited exonerated & discharged of &
    from all & singular other bargaines sales Gifts grants Leases rents
    arrearges of rents rent charges Mortgages joyntures dowres rights
    & titles of Dowrs claimes & demands wtsoever as well of Mary the
    Wife of the sd Thoms Allanson as of any other person or persons
    wtsoever formerly had done or Comitted or to be had done or
    Comitted And the sd Thoms Allanson for himself his heirs Exectrs
    Admtrs & Assignes doth Covenant pmise grant & agree to & wth
    the sd Richd Harrison his heirs Exectrs Admtrs & Assignes & every
    of them by these prsnts tht he the sd Rich” Harrison his heirs Exectrs
    Admtrs & Assignes shall & may By force & Virtue of these prsnts [p. 73]
    from time to time & att all times for ever hereafter lawfully quietly
    and peacably have hold use occupy possess & injoy the sd land & all &
    singular the prmises before granted wth their & every of their ap-
    purtenances & have receive & take the rents Issues & proffitts thereof
    to his & their owne pp use & behoofe wthout any manner of lett
    trouble eviction or molestation of or by the sd Thoms Allanson his
    heirs Exectrs Admtrs or Assgns or any of them or of or by any other
    person or psons wtsoever lawfully claimeing of by or under him
    them or any of them or by his their or any of their means or
    pcuremts: The rents & services wch from henceforth for & in respect
    of the foremefloned prmises hereby sold shall grow due & payable to
    the cheife Lord' or Lords of the Fee or Fees thereof for & in respect
    of his or their Seigneory or seignories onely excepted & foreprized
    And the sd Thoms Allanson for himself his heirs Exectrs Admtrs &
    Assignes doth further Covenant & pmise to & Wth the sd Richd Har-
    rison his heirs Exectrs Admtrs & Assignes tht he the sd Thoms Allan-
    son his heirs Exectrs Admtrs & Assignes shall & will att any time or
    times wthin seaven years next following upon the request & att the
    Costs & charges in the law of the sd Richd Harrison his heirs Or
    Assgns make seale & deliver such further assurance & Assurances [p. 74]

    or any of them or his or their or any of their Concell learned in
    the laws shall him the sd Thomas Allanson his heirs Exectrs Admtrs
