    King his heirs & Assgns for ever & the sd Gerard Browne doth for
    himself his heirs Exectrs & Assigns Covenant pmise & grant to &
    wth the sd Thoms King his heirs & Assgns forever tht he the sd
    Gerard Browne now is lawfully & justly possest of a Just & due
    title & dame in Law of & in the before bargain'd prmises & hath
    full & absolute pow'r to bargaine & assure the same & tht the sd
    prmises now are & forever hereafter shall be & Continew free &
    clare & freely & clearely acquited Exonerated & discharged of &
    from all & Singular other bargaines sales gifts grants Leases [p. 66]
    rents Arrearges of rents rent Chargs mortgages Joyntures dowres
    right & titles of Dowrs & demands wtsoever by him them or any of
    them formerly had done or Comitted or to be had done or Comitted
    & the said Gerard Browne for himself his heirs Executrs & Admtrs
    the aforesd parcell of Land & all & singular other the prmises before
    granted bargained & sold wth the Appurtenances unto the sd Thoms
    King his heirs & Assgns forever age him the sd Gerard Browne his
    heirs & Assgns & age all & every person or persons wtsoever lawfully
    claimeing from by or undr him them or any of them & agt all other
    persons wtsoever shall & will warrt & forever defend by these prsnts
    And the sd Gerard Browne for himself his heirs Exectrs & Admitrs
    doth Covenant pmise grant & agree to & wth the sd Thoms King
    his heirs & assgns forever & every of Them by these prsnts the he [p. 67]
    the sd Thoms King his heirs & Assgns & every of them shall & may
    by force & Virtue of these prsnts from time to time & att all times
    forever hereafter lawfully quietly & peacably have hold use occupy
    possess & enjoy the said Land & all & singular the before bargained
    prmises wth their & every of their rights members & appurtenances
    & have receive & take the rents issues & pfitts thereof to his or their
    owne pp use & behoofe wthout any manner of lett trouble eviction
    or interruption of or by the sd Gerard Browne his heirs Exectrs
    Admtrs or Assgns or any of them or of or by any other person or
    persons the rents & services wch from henceforth from time to time
    for & in respect of his or their seignory or seignories only excepted'
    & foreprized & the sd Gerard Browne doth for himself his heirs
    exectrs & Admitrs further promise & Covenant to & wth the sd Thoms [p. 68]
    King his heirs exectrs Admtrs & Assgns tht he the sd Gerard Browne
    his heirs & Assgns shall & will att any time or times wthin seven
    years next following upon the request the Costs & charge in the
    law of him the sd Thoms King his heirs Exectrs Admitrs or Assgns
    make & deliver such further assurance & assurances for the prmises
    as he the sd King his heirs & Assgns or his their or any of their
    Councell learned in the law shall think fitt the sd Browne his heirs &
    Assgns or any of them thereto request the same & the sd Browne
    for himself his heirs & Assgns all & singular the before bargain'd
