     Confirmed & by these prsnts doe fully clearely & absolutely grant
     bargaine sell assingne sett over & Confirme unto the sd Henry
     Hawkings his heirs Executors Admitrs & Assigns all tht parcell of
     Land lying on the west side of the maine fresh of the branch wch
     runs up betweene the sd Nathan Bartons plantacon wch he now
     liveth on & the sd Hawkings plantacon wch land the sd Nathan
     Barton bought of the sd Hawkings by estemacon Seaventy five
     Acres be it more or less together wth all & singular the houses build-
     ings Structures or edifices thereunto belonging or appertaineing To
     have & to hold the sd parcell of land & all & singular the pmises to
     be hereby bargained & sold wth the appurtenances & every parte &
     pancell thereof wtsoever before mentioned or recited unto the sd

     trouble Eviction expulcon interupcon or demand of or by the sd
     Barton or of or by his heirs Exectrs Admtrs or any or either of them
     or of or by any other person or persons lawfully claimeing from
     by or under them or any of them or their or any of their Uses or by
     from or under any of their title Estate means or procuremt as also
     acquitted & discharged or wthin Convenent time after Reasonable

     Comitted or wittingly or willingly suffered by the sd Nathan Barton
     or any of them his heirs or Assgns or of or by any other person or
     persons wtsoever lawfully clairneing by from or under them or any
     of thm or their or any of their uses or by their or any of their titles
     estates means or procuremts & the sd Barton for himself his heirs
