      Humphr Warren came to prosecute the sute by him Comenced agt
     John Hatch & Robt Rowland Admtrs of Francis Bullock
      John Hatch & Robt Rowland came to defd the sute Comenced agt
     them by Humph Warren.
      Whereupon the Plts Declaracon was reade vizt: [blank space

      This obligeth me Francis Bullock his heirs Exectrs And Assignes
     to pay or cause to be pd unto Humph: Warren his heirs Exectrs or
     order the full & just sume of two thousand two hundred pounds of
     good sound tobacco in Cask upon all Demands wthin the space of
     forty Daies in some Convenient place in Potomack river wthin half e
     a mile of the water side in Consideracon of a maide servt called
     Wenifrett bought of the said Warren in witness of which the sd Mr
     Bullock hath hereunto sett his hand & seale this 26 of Febr
