                Edwd Maddock sworne & saith tht there was 1500 lb of tob att Mr
              Rich: Fowkes & tht he gave a bill for 500 lb of tob to Mr England
              as yett remaines unpd & tht note I gave to Mr Warren Mr Eng-
              land gave it me againe & further saith not
                Whereupon it was ordered tht the plt have Execon for soc much
              as remaines due WCh is 635 lb of tob wth Costs of sute whereupon
              the Plt offered this bill of Costs wth was allowed
