          Liber D    his heirs Exectrs & assgs Covenant pmise & grant to & wth the sd
                Davies his heirs and assgs tht he the sd King is now lawfully & justly
                possest of a just & due titile & claime in law of & in the before
                bargained prmises & hath full & absolute pow'r to bargaine sell &
                assure the same & tht the prmises now are & forever hereafter shall
                be & continue free & freely & clearly exonerated of & from all &
                singular former & other bargaines sales gifts grants leases rents
                arrearages of rents rent chargs morgags Joyntures Dowres right &
                title of Dowres claimes demands & Incumbrances wtsoever by him
                thm or any of thm had done or Comited or to be had done or Comited
                & the sd King for himself his heirs & Assgs doth Covenant pmise
                & agree to & wth the sd Davies his heirs & Assgs by these prsnts
                tht the sd Davies his heirs & Assgs & every of them shall & may by
                force & virtue of these prsnts from time to time & att all times here-
                after lawfully peacabiy & quietly have hold use occupy & possess &
                enjoy the sd land & all & singular the befQre bargained pTmises wth
                their & every of their rights members & Appurtenances & have rec:
                & take the rents Issues & pfitts thereof to his & their own use &
                behoof wthout any manner of lett trouble eviction or interruption of
                or by the sd King his heirs & Assgs or any of thm or of or by any
                other person or persons wtsoever & the sd King for himself his heirs
                Exectrs & Assgs the foregd parcell of land & all & singular othr the
                prmises before bargained & sould wth the appurtenances unto the sd
                Davies his heirs & Assgs forever agt him the sd King his heirs & Assgs
                & agt all & every pson or psons wtsoever lawfully claimeing by from or
                under him thm or any of them & agt all othr psons shall & will warrant
                & forever defend The rents & services wch from henceforth frO time
                to time for & in respect of the first mentioned prmises hereby sould
                shall become due & payable to the cheife Ld or Lds of the Fee or
                Fees therefor or in respect of there Seignory or segeorys only ex-
                cepted & foreprized & the sd King doth further Covenant & pmise
                tht he the sd King his heirs Exectrs & Assgs shall & will from time
                to time hereafter wth the space of seven years next ensueing the date
                hereof upon the reasonable request & at the Cost & chargs in law of
                the sd Davies his heirs & Assgs make seale Convey & deliver such
                further assurance & assurances for the before bargained prmises as
                he the sd Davies his heirs & assgs or any of thm his their or any of
                their Councell learned in the law shall him the sd his heirs or Assgs
