224 Charles County Court Proceedings, 1668—1670. Liber D the ensealing & delivery of these prsnts by Edmd Taylor whereof & wherewth the sd Wm doth acknowledge himself fully satisfied & pd & there & of every part & parcell thereof doth acquitt & discharge the sd Edmund his heirs Exectrs & Admitrs & every of thtm by these prsnts as also for diverse other Consideracons him here unto move- ing Have granted bargained sold assigned sett over & Confirmed & by these prsnts doth clearely & absolutely grant bargaine sell assige sett over & Confirme unto the sd Edmd his heires Exectrs Admitrs & Assgns tht parcell of Land scituate & being in Charis County aforesd lying in the woods beginning at a bouned red Oake standing on the south side of a branch joyning upon the Land formerly surveyed by Mr George Thompson called Planters delight runing south & by East for breadth eighty perch's to a bounded white Oake runing thence West & by south for length 160 perches to a bounded white Oake thence runing North & by West twenty perches to an hiccary standing upon the sd rune runing along the runn untill it meet Wth the first bound tree Containeing sixty five Acres more or less now in the tenure & Occupation of him the sd Wm or his Assignes And' lately in the tenure & Occupation of Jno Wheeler of Charles County aforesd being the land bought p the sd Wm of the sd Wheeler called Stoake Hill as by patten granted to the sd Wheeler for the same beareing date bearing date the 2nd of 7br 1668 will appeare all & singular wch sd parcell of Land together together all & singular the houses buildings structures & edifices wtsoever there unto appertaineing & belonging together all the [p. 111] Orchards Gardens Pastures Feedings Comons Comons of pastures range for hogg's woods under Woods water water Courses fish- ing fowling waies Easemts proffitts Comodities or hereditamts wtsoever unto the sd parcell of land belonging or in any manner of waies appertaineing To have & to hold the sd parcell of Land & all & singular the premises before mentioned to be hereby bargained & sold wth the Appurtenances & every part & parcell thereof wtsoever named or recited unto the sd Taylor his heirs Executors Administrs & Assgns for ever yeelding & paying yearely the Ld Proprietars rent for the sd Land in manner & forme as in the patten aforesd exprest & the sd Dickison for himself his heirs Exectrs & Admitrs doe Cove- nant pmise & agree to & wth the sd Taylor his Exectrs Admitrs & Assgns & every of thm by these prsnts he the sd Taylor his Exectrs Admitrs & Assgns shall & may peacably & quietly hold occupy possess & enjoy all & singular the prmisses before by these prsnts bargained & sold & every part & parcell thereof with every the rights members & appurtenances wthout the law full lett suite troble Eviction expulsi- tion interruption or demand: of or by the sd Dickison or of or by his heires Exectrs Admitrs or any or either of them or of or by any other person or persons lawfully Claimeing from by or under them or any of them or their or any of their Uses or by from or under their or any of their titles Estate means or pcuremts as alsoe acquited & |
