     time to time & att all times hereafter lawfully quietly & peacably have

     claiming by from or under him them or any of them or by his their
     or any of their title estate means or pcuremts The rents & services
     wch from time to time for & in respect of the fore mencioned premises
     shall grow due & payable to the Cheife Ld or Lds of the Fee or Fees
     thereof for & in respect of his or their seignory or seignories only
     excepted & foreprized And the sd Davies doth for himself his heirs
     Exectrs Admitrs & Assgs Covenant & grant to & wth the sd Love his
     heirs Exectrs Admitrs & Assgns tht he the sd Davies his heirs Exectrs
     Admitrs & Assgs shall & will att any time or tims seven yeares
     next ensueing upon the request & att the Cost & Charges in law of
     the sd Love his heirs or Assgns make & deliver such further Assur-
     ance or Assurances for the prmises as he the sd Love his heirs or
     Assgs or any of thm or his or their or any of their Counsell Learned
     in the Law shall him the sd Davies his heirs Exectrs Admitrs or assgs
     thereto require & the sd Davies for himself his heirs Exectrs Admitrs
     & Assgs all & singular the before bargain'd prmises their Apurte-
     nances & every part & parcell thereof unto the sd Love his heirs Exectrs
