Liber D other Discharges in our names, For us & in our names & steeds to
make seale & deliver as our Acts & deeds Attur also or Atturs one or
more under them or either of thm to make or substitute & the same
againe att pleasure to revoke & generally to doe execute performe
fullfill & finish all & whatsoever else shall be needfull or necessary
to be done in or about the prmises in as large & ample manner and
forme as if we or either of us were personally prsnt ratyfying Con-
firmeing & allowing wt soe ever our sd Atturs joyntly & severally
lawfull doe cause or procure to be done in the prmises by Virtue of
these prsnts in witness whereof we have hereunto set or hands &

Alexdr Davies acknowledgeth this ensueing Conveyance to Wm
Love
This Indentr made the 15th of Augt in the yeare of our Lord 1669
Betweene Alex: Davies of Charls County plantr of the one part &
Wm Love of the same County plantr of the other parte Witnesseth tht
the sd Alex: Davies for & in Consideracon of the quantity of 3900 lb of
Tob: & Cask in hand pd before the ensealeing & delivery herof by the
sd Wm Love whereof & wherewth the sd Davies doth acknowledge
himself satisfied Contented & pd & of every parte & parcell thereof
doth acquitt & discharge the sd Love his heirs Exectrs & Administratrs
& every of them by these prsnts Hath given granted bargain'd sold
assgnd set over & Confirmed & by these prsnts doth bargaine sell
assigne set over & Confirme unto the sd Love his heirs Exectrs Ad-
ministratrs & Assgs all tht parcell of Land lying scituate & being in
Charles County being part of the land formerly taken up by Mr James
Lendsey but now in the Occupation of Thom: King plantr beginning
at a mark'd Birch tree being the eastermost bound tree of Capt wm
Stones Land called Poynton standing on the east side of a fresh runn
& ruñing thence North & by west for bredth sixty four perchs to a
bounded white Oake thence west North West for length two hun-
dred & fifty perchs to a bouned spanish Oake thence south sixty
four perches to a bounded red Oake thence untill it Come to the 1st
bound tree Containing & now laid out for one hundred Acres more
or less together wth all and singular the houses buildings structures
or edifices & all orchards Gardens pastures Feedings Comons Comons
of pastures range for hoggs woods underwoods water water Courses
fishings fowlings wayes easmts proffitts Comodities or hereditamts
to the sd land belonging or in any manner of way appertaineing To
have & to hold the sd parcell of Land & all & singular the prmises
