     other ordinary accomodacons sold by him to the Deft from the Liber D
     month of March in the 33rd yeare of Caecilius &c, att diverse & sundry
     times of wch the Deft denied paymt & Satisfaction
       Whereupon the plt produced an acct for the sd tobacco & the Deft
     alleaged tht he had an acct of Clks Fees due from the plt to him
     wch he pray'd might be allowed in discount wth the Plt but the Defts
     acct not being ready to be produced in Court It was ordered tht
     Mr Benja: Rozer should before ton: time audite the Accts of the plt &
     Deft & tht wtever appeared upon the Audite & report thereof
     to be due from the Deft to the plt upon the ballance of theire accts tht
     thn the Deft should satisfy the same to the plt or else Execution.

     use & behoofe to demand enter into & take possession & seizeon of
     & to sue for recover & rec: of & from Mr Joseph Harrison & Stephen
     Mountague of Charis County aforesd Exectrs of the last will & testamt
     of Richd Randall deceas'd the remainder of all such lands plantations
     Tobaccoes & other things wtsoever as remaines of the estate of the
     sd Richd Randall deceased & wch were given & bequeathed unto us
