                & the sd Moore for himself his heirs exectrs Admtrs & assgs doth
                Covenant pmise & grant agree to & wth the sd Heydon & Alword their
                heirs exectts Admtrs & assgs & every of thm by these prsnts tht the sd
                Heydon & Alword their heirs exectrs & every of thm shall & may by
                virtue of these prsnts from time to time & att all times forever
                hereafter lawfully quietly & peacably have hold occupy possess &
                enjoy the sd land & all & singular the before bargained prmises wth
                their & every of their rights members & appurtenances & have receive
                & take the rents pfitts & Issues thereof to his or their owne pp use &
                behoofe wthout any manner of lett trouble eviction or molestation
                of or by the sd Moore his heirs exectrs admitrs & Assgs or any of thm

                shall become due for or in respect of the forementioned prmises to

                his or their Seignory or Seignorys only excepted & foreprized & the
                sd Henry Moore doth for himself his heirs exectrs Admtrs Covenant
                grant & agree to & wth the sd Heydon & Alword their heirs exectrs &
                Admitrs tht he the sd Moore his heirs Exectrs Admitrs shall & will att
                all times wthin seven years next following upon the request & at
                the Cost & Chargs in law of the sd Heydon & Alword their heirs
                exectrs Admitrs make & dd such further assurance & Assurances for
                the sd prmises as they the sd Heydon & Alword their heirs exectrs
                Admitrs or any of thm or their or any of their Councell learned in
                the law shall him the sd Moore his heirs executrs or Admitrs or any of
                thm thereto require & the sd Moore for himself his heirs exectrs &
                Admitrs all & singular the before bargained prmises wth their appurte-
                nances & every part & parcell thereof unto the sd Heydon & Alword
                their exectrs admitrs & Assgs to the intent & meaning aforesd shall &
