                Emanson now is lawfully possest of a good & just title in law of & in
                the before bargain'd prmises & hath full pow'r to bargain sell &

                onerated & discharged of & from all & singular other bargains sales

                Joyntures Dowres rights & titles of Dowrs claimes & demands of any
                person or persons wtsoever formerly had done or Comited or to be
                had done or Comited & the sd Emanson doth for himself his heirs
                Executors & Admistrs Covent pmise & grant to & wth the sd Montague
                his heirs Executrs Admistrs & Assgs tht he the sd Montague his heirs
                Exectrs Admistrs & Assgs & every of thm shall & may by force & vertue
                of these prsents from time to time & att all times forever hereafter
                lawfully peacably & quietly have use occupy posses & enjoy the sd
                land & prmises wth the Appurtenances & have rec: & take the rents
                Issues & pfitts thereof to his & their o*e pp use & behoofe wthout
                any manner of lett troble evicon or interruption of or by the sd
                Emanson his heirs & Assgs or any of them or of or by any othr
                person or persons wtsoever lawfully claiming the same frö by or
                under him thm or any of thm or by his theire or any of their means
                or pcuremts the rents & services wch henceforth shall grow due or
                paiable for the same to the cheife Ld or Lds of the fee or Fees throf
                for & in respect of his or their SeigrY or Seigrys only excepted &
                foreprized & the sd Emanson, for himself his heirs Extrs & Admistrs
                doth Covent & pmise to & the sd Montague his heirs Extrs
                Admistrs & Assgs tht he the sd Emanson his heirs Extrs & Admistrs
                shall & will att any time wthin seven years next folling att the request
                & at the Cost & Chargs in law of the sd Montague his heirs Extrs
                Admistrs or Assgs make seale & dd such furthr assurance or Assur-
                ances for the sd prmises as he the sd Montague his heires or Assgs
                shall think fit or any of thm or any of their Councell or learn'd in
                law shall him the sd Emanson his heirs Extrs Admistrs of any of thm
                thereto require & the said Emanson his heirs Extrs & Admistrs the
                before bargained prmises wth the Appurtenancs unto the sd Montague
                his heirs Extrs Admistrs & Assgs agt all persons wtsoever shall & will
