had may More at large Appeare which said Land being by the Death
of the sd Richard Stone fallen into the hands and Possession of the
abovesd Thomas Stone and John Stone Now these Presents Wit-
nesseth That the sd Thomas Stone and John Stone as well for and
In Consiçleration of the Summe of Seaven Thousand Pounds of
tobaccoe and Caske and two Servts unto the sd Thomas Stone and
John Stone in hand Paid by the sd Thomas King whereof and
wherewith the sd Thomas Stone and John Stone doe Acknowledge
the Receipt and themselves to be therewth fully Satisfied Contented [p.31]
and Paid and thereof and of and from every part and parcell doe
Acquitt and discharge the sd Thomas King his heires Executrs and
Adminrs by these presents As allsoe for Diverse other good Causes
and Considerations them thereunto Moving Have given graunted
aliened Bargained Sold enfeoffed and Confirmed, and by these
presents Doe fully Clearely and Absolutely Give graunt Alien
Bargaine Sell Enfeoffe and Confirme unto the sd Thomas King his
heires, and Assignes for ever all tht parcell or Tract of Land Lyeing
on the North Side of Avon River or Nangemy next adjoyning to
Land of Cap. William Stone Called Poynton Mannor first in the
Possession of Me James Lyndsey then in the Possession of Jeremiah
Dickenson afterwards in the Possession of Mr Richard Stone and
now in the Possession of the sd Thomas King being Laid out for five
hundred Acres Butted, and Bounded as by Pattent Relacon being
thereunto had may more at Large appeare together wth all Writings
Deeds, Charters Manuscripts or Papers touching or Concerning the
same wth all and Singular its Rights Members Jurisdictions and
appurtenances together all waies, Proffits, easemts Water Courses
Meadowes, feedings, Pastures Woods underwoods Commodities
hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever to the Land and prem-
ises or to anie part or Parcell thereof Belonging or in any Wise
appertaining And allsoe all the estate Right title interest use prop-
erty Claime and demand of them the sd Thomas Stone and John
Stone or either of them their or either of their heires Executes or
Adminrs of in or to the same To Have, and to Hold the aforesd
Parcell of Land and all and Singular the Premises before graunted
Bargained and Sold with their and every of their Rights Members
and appurtenances whatsoever unto the sd Thomas King his heires
and Assignes for ever And the s Thomas Stone and John Stone
doe for themselves their heires Executes and Administrators Cove-
nant Promise and graunt to and wth the sd Thomas King his heires
Executrs Administratrs and Assignes tht they the sd Thomas Stone
and John Stone now are Lawfully and Justly Possessed of a just
and due title and Claime in Law of and in the before Bargained
Premises, & Have full, and Absolute Power to Bargaine, Sell and
assure the same And tht the Premises Now are and for ever after
shall be and Continue free and Cleare and freely and Clearely
