heires Executes Adminrs and Assignes Shall and may Lawfully

Thomas Baker or of or by his heires Executrs and Adminrs or any
or either of them or of or by anie other person or persons what-

or their or any of their uses or by from or under their or anie of
their Titles estates Meanes or Procuremts as allsoe acquitted and
discharged or within Convenient time after Reasonable Request
Made well and Sufficiently Saved and kept harmles of and from all
Manner of former and other Bargaines Sales estates former Leases
Titles Dowers Rights or Titles of Dowers Jointures uses Entailes
Wills Rent Charges Rent Services Arrearages of rents Statutes
Recognizances Judgmts Execucons titles troubles Charges and De-
mands whatsoever had Made Done Committed or Wittingly or
Willingly Suffered by the sd Thomas Baker his heires Executrs and
Adminrs or any or either of them or of or by any other person or
Persons whatsoever Lawfully Claiming by from or under them or
any of them or to their or any of their uses or by their or any of their
Title estate Meanes or Procuremts And the sd Thomas Baker for
himselfe his heires Executes Adminrs all and Singular the Before
Bargained premises their appurtenances and every Part and
Parcell thereof unto the sd Edward Powell his heires Executrs
Adminrs and Assignes to the intent and Meaning aforesd Shall and
Will Warrant and for ever Defend by these Presents In Witnes
whereof the Parties above Named to these present Indentures have
interchangeably Set to their hands and Seales the Day and yeare

Thomas Stone and John Stone Acknowledged this following Con-
veyance of Land to Thomas King at the Crt held in Charles County
in the Monthe of August 1668
This Indenture Made the eighth Day of August in the yeare of
our Lord one thousand Sixe hundred Sixty eight Between Thomas
Stone and John Stone of Charles County in the Province of Mary-
land gent of the one Part and Thomas King of the same Place on
the other Part Witnesseth That Whereas Jeremy Dickenson did for a
Valueable Consideration Sell unto Richd Stone of the Place gent
a Parcell of Land as by Indenture Dated the eighth Day of January
