and Being on the east side of the fresh of Avon River formerly Liber D
Called Nangemy Creeke in Charles County next adjoyning to the
Land of James Lyndseys Westermost Bounded tree being a Pokikory
tree Bounding on the West By a line Drawn North for Breadth one
hundred and fiftie pearches to a Marked Pokikory tree on the North
by a line drawn east from the sd Pokikory for length two hundred
and twenty five pearches on the east by a Line drawn South for
breadth one Hundred & fifty pearches unto the Land of James [torn] [p.21]
on the West with the sd Land Containing and Now laid out for two
hundred and fifty acres more or lesse the sd Land being formerly
taken up by Christopher Rivers the Pattent bearing the two and
twentieth Day of June Anno Dni one Thousand Sixe Hundred Sixty
and three and in the two and thirtieth yeare of his Lordshps Domin-
ion over the sd Province, and now in the Possession of the abovesd
Gerrard Breeden All and Singular wch said parcell of Land together
with all and Singular the houses Buildings Structures and Edifices
whatsoever thereunto Belonging or appertaining together with all th0
Orchards gardens pastures feedings Commons Common of Pasture
Ranges for hogges Woods underwoods Waters Water Courses
Fishings Fowlings Waies Easemts proffits Commodities heredita-
ments whatsoever unto the sd Land belonging or in any Manner of
way appertaining To Have, and to Hold the sd Parcell of Land, &
all and Singular the premises before Mentioned to be hereby Bar-
gained and Sold wth the appurtenances thereto Belonging and every
part and parcell thereof whatsoever before Named or Recited unto the
sd Gerrard Breeden his heires Executrs Adminrs and Assignes for
ever yeilding and Paying therefore unto the Rt Honble the Lord
Proprietary of this Province the rents Due for the sd Land at the
Feast of the Nativity of our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ
if the same be Lawfully demanded And the sd Thomas King for
himselfe his heires Execurs and Adminrs Doe Covenant and agree
to and wth the Gerrard Breeden his heires Executrs Adminrs &
Assignes and every of them by these Presents That he the sd Gerrard
Breeden his heires Executs Adminrs and assignes Shall and may
peaceably and quietly have hold occupie Possesse and enjoy all and
Singular the Premises Bargained and Sold and every part and parcell
thereof with every their Rights Members and appurtenances without
the Lawfull Lett Suite trouble eviction exquisition or Demand of or
by the Thomas King or of or by his heires Executrs and Adminrs
or any or either of them or of or by anie other person or persons
Lawfully Claiming from by or under them or any of them or to their
or any of their uses, or by or from, or under their or any of their
titles Estates Meanes or procuremt as Allsoe Acquitt and Discharge
or within Convenient time after reasonable Request made well and
Sufficiently Saved & kept harmles of and from all Manner of former
Bargaines Sales estates former Leases titles Dowers rights or titles
of Dowers Joyntures uses entailes Wills Rent Charges Rent Services
