158 Charles County Court Proceedings, 1668—1670. Liber D or by any other persons whatsoever; The rents and Services wch from henceforth from time to time for or in Respect of the first Mentioned premises hereby Sold shall growe Due and Payable to the Cheife Lord or Lords of the fee or fees thereof for or in Respect of their Seigniory, or Seignioryes only excepted and foreprized And [p. 20] the said And the sd Henry Frankam doth further Covenant and promise tht he the sd Henry Frankam his heires Executrs and Adminrs Shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter within the Space of Seaven yeares next ensueing the Date hereof upon the Reasonable request and at the Cost and Charges in the Law only of the sd William Allen his heires Executrs Adminrs or assignes Make seale Convey and Deliver such further Assurance or assurances for the before graunted premises as the William Allen his heires executrs Adminrs or assignes or any of them his their or any of their Councel learned in the Lawe shall him the sd Frankome his heires Executors or Administrators or any of them thereto require In Witnes whereof the parties aforesaid to these Indentures have inter- changeably put their hands and Seales the Day and yeare first above written Henry Frankome 0 Signed Sealed. and Delivered Amee Frankome in the psence of us her A. Marke wth Turfe and Twigge Thomas Allanson Gerrard Browne Thomas King Acknowledged this following Conveyance of Land to Gerrard Breeden at the Court held in Charles County in the Monthe of June 1668. This Indenture Made the Seaventh Day of Aprill Anno one Thousand Sixe hundred Sixtie and eight Between Thomas King of Charles County in the province of Maryland. Planter of the one part, and Gerrard Breeden of the sd Province and St Maries County of the other part planter \Vitnesseth That the sd Thomas King as well for and in Consideration of eleaven Thousand two hundred pounds of tobaccoe and Caske past before the ensealing and Delivery hereof by the said Gerrard Breeden foure Thousand thereof to be paid Anno one Thousand Sixe hundred Sixty and eight, & foure Thou- sand two hundred thereof to be Paid Anno one Thousand Sixe hundred and Sixty Nine, and Lastly three Thousand to be paid Anno one Thousand Sixe hundred and Seaventy whereof and wherewith the Thomas King doth Acknowledge himselfe Satisfied and Con- tented as allsoe for Diverse other good Causes and Considerations him thereunto Moving Have Graunted Bargained and Sold As- signed Set and Confirmed and by these presents doe fully Clearely and absolutely Graunt Bargaine Sell assigne Set over and Confirme unto the sd Gerrard Breeden his heires Executrs and Adminrs all tht Parcell of Land Called by Name of Riverss Spring Scituate Lyeing |
