130 Charles County Court Proceedings, 1666—1668. Liber C last past and next ensueing the date of the said Bill yet Notwith- standing the said John and Edmund litle minding their Obligacon aforesaid have refused in anie manner to make satisfacon for the said 1100 lb of tobaccoe to the said William though Required there- unto and doe still refuse to doe the same Whereupon the said William Saith he is Damnified and thereupon brings his Suite. Upon diverse Allegacons on either side It did appeare to the Court tht the Defendts did still remaine indebted to the Plaintife in the Summe of 650th of tobaccoe Whereupon It was Ordered That the Defendts Satisfie and. Pay unto the Plaintife the said Sume of Sixe hundred and fiftie pounds of tobaccoe wth Costs of suite. Sarah Mans Daughter of Thomas Mans was Borne on the 11th Day of November 1667. The said Thomas Mans Entereth his said Daughter Sarahs Manke of hogges and Cattle vizt Cropt on both Eares, ovenkeeld on the night and underkeeld on the left John Lumbrozo Sonne of John Lumbrozo decd was Borne in the Monthe of June Anno Dni 1666.
