Principal and Interest which shall or may arise or accrue thereon,
shall be accounted for, and paid and Satisfied by the said Benjamin
Tasker his Executors or Administrators to the said Benjamin Ogle,
when the said Benjamin Ogle shall arrive at or attain his Age
aforesaid: or in Case the said Benjamin Ogle should die in his
Minority, to the Heir at Law of the said Benjamin Ogle.

And Be it Enacted by the Authority advice and Consent aforesaid
That upon payment of the said Sum of one hundred and fifty Pounds
Sterling Money by the said John Hammond to the said Benjamin
Tasker, the said Benjamin Tasker shall make and execute a Receipt
in Writing under his hand therefore Attested by two or more Wit-
nesses, and the same Shall acknowledge to be his receipt before some
one Provincial Majistrate which Receipt and the acknowledgment
thereof, the said John Hammond may procure to be entered of
Record, among the Land Records of the Provincial or Ann Arundel
County Court And the said Receipt and Acknowledgment aforesaid
or the exemplification of the Record thereof under the Seal of the
said Court where the same shall be enrolled shall be forever here-
after Sufficient Evidence to prove the Payment of the said Sum of
Money by the said John Hammond to the said Benjamin Tasker

No. 14 An Act to establish a Road from Hunting Creek in Dorchester to
Ex.d Dover in Talbot County

Ex.d

Whereas Henry Troth of Talbot County by his humble Petition
to this General Assembly Among other things hath Set forth That
it would not only be to the Ease of the Inhabitants of the Counties
of Dorchester and Talbot that a Publick Road should be established
from Hunting Creek in Dorchester County to Dover in Talbot
County and a Ferry kept across the River of Choptank at Dover but
to the great convenience of the Publick by Shortening the distance
to all Persons travelling up or down the Eastern Shore of this
Province which said Petition is recommended by a great Number of
the Principal Inhabitants of the Counties aforesaid and appears to
this general Assembly to be true in its material Facts it is therefore
prayed that it may be enacted

And be it enacted by the Right Honrable the Lord Proprietary
by and with the advice and consent of his Lordships Governor and
the Upper and Lower Houses of Assembly and the Authority of the
same that on the application of the said Henry Troth or any other
