All the Members appeared as yesterday Except J. Hammond
Esq.^r
Tho.^s Ringgold Esq.^r brings in and delivers to M^r Speaker a Bill
Entitled an Act for limiting the Time of Sinking the Paper Bills of
Credit in this Province and other Purposes therein mentioned which
was read the first Time and Ordered to lye on the Table
On Motion Ord.^d that a Committee be appointed to prepare an
Address to the Governor and that T. Johnson T. Ringgold J. Holly-
day and S. Chase Esq.^rs be a Committee for that Purpose and that
they do prepare and bring in the Same
S. Chase Esq.^r brings in an Address to the Governor which he
read in his Place and afterwards delivered it in at the Table which
being read the 1.^st and 2.^d Time by the Clerk was approved by the
House and Ordered to be Ingrossed
S. Chase Esq.^r brings in and delivers to M.^r Speaker the following
