chester County are duly returned That Mess.rs William Winder Wil-
liam Adams John Adams and Samuel Wilson Delegates of Somerset

County arc duly returned

That Mess.rs Tho.s Ringgold Robert Buchanan Richard Lloyd and
William Hynson Delegates of Kent County are duly returned
That Mess.rs William Smallwood George Dent John Hanson and
Francis Ware Delegates of Charles County are duly returned
That Mess.rs Edward Tilghman James Hollyday Robert Lloyd and
Thomas Wright Delegates of Queen Anns County are duly returned
That Mess.rs Peter Chaille William Allen Parker Selby and Benton
Harris Delegates of Worcester County are duly returned
That Mess.rs Thomas Cresap Joseph Chapline James Smith and
Fielder Gantt Delegates of Fred.k County are returned by Indentures
but it doth not appear that any Writ is or hath been annexed thereto
or returned therewith That Mr Samuel Chase is duly returned a
Delegate for the City of Annapolis and that Mr Walter Dulany is
only returned by the Aldermen of the City
which is humbly submitted to the Consideration of your Honble

On Motion of Col.o Hyland Leave is given to bring in a Bill to
revive and aid the proceedings of Caecil County Court
Ordered that Col.o Hyland Mr Baker Mr Ringgold Mr Earle and
Mr Key do prepare and bring in a Bill accordingly
The petition of James Daily languishing prisoner in Queen Anns
County Goal the petition of Levin Townsend languishing prisoner
in Worcester County Goal and the petition of William Spry a lan-
guishing Prisoner in Queen Ann's County Goal were read and
granted
The Order of the Day being read the House took into Considera-
tion the petition of sundry the Inhabitants Freeholders and Free
Voters in the Corporation of the City of Annapolis and after
Hearing the petitioners Council at the Bar referred the Same And
Ordered that the said petition be taken into Consideration imme-
diately after the Call of the House Afternoon
The House adjourns till two of the Clock

tion the petition of sundry the Inhabitants Freeholders and Free
