different County Goals in this province A petition of the Rector
Church Wardens Vestrymen and parishioners of S.t James's parish
in Ann Arundel County which petitions were Indorsed By the Upper
House of Assembly read and referred to the Consideration of the
Lower House of Assembly
On Motion of Mr Chase Henry Wilkins is appointed Clerk to
attend on the several Committees of this House.

Ordered that he be qualified in the usual Manner
Mr Henry Hall acquaints Mr Speaker that Henry Wilkins had
taken before him the several Oaths to the Government required by
Law Signed the Oath of Abjuration repeated and signed the Test
and took the following Oath Viz

You Henry Wilkins do swear that you will true Entries make of
all such Matters and Things as shall be to you directed by any Com-
mittee of the lower House of Assembly for whom you shall act as
Clerk and that you will not divulge the Secrets of the said House
of Assembly or of any Committee thereof but will in all Things well
and truly demean yourself according to the best of your Knowledge
So help you God
The House adjourns 'till the Morrow Morning at 9 of the Clock

Mr Edmunson brings in and delivers to Mr Speaker the following
Report Viz
Your Committee having inspected the Writs directed to the several
Sheriffs and Return thereon for Electing Deputies and Delegates
to serve in this General Assembly do find that Mess.rs Henry Green-
field Sothoron Daniel Wolstenholme George Plater and Edmund Key
Delegates of S.t Mary's County are duly returned

That Mess.rs Edw.d Gantt Benjamin Mackall Charles Grahame
and Young Parran Delegates of Calvert County are duly returned
That Mess.rs Thomas Cockey Deye Corbin Lee James Heath and
John Hall Jun.r Delegates of Baltimore County are duly returned
That Mess.rs Michael Earle Henry Baker Nicholas Hyland and
William Ward Delegates of Caecil County are duly returned That
Mess.rs Josias Bealle William Murdock Mordecai Jacob and Robert
Tyler Delegates of prince Georges County are duly returned That
Mess.rs Thomas Johnson Jun.r Henry Hall John Hammond and
Thomas Brice Beale Worthington Delegates of Ann Arundel County
