His Excellency the Governors Message of Yesterday with the
Letter therewith communicated to Mr Speaker were read the second

Mr Grahame Mr Hanson Mr Wilson Mr Goldsborough Col.o Travers
Mr Lee Col.o Hyland Mr Murdock Mr Dulany Col.o Tilghman Mr
Harris and Col.o Cresap be a Committee to prepare and bring in an
Answer thereto
Mess.rs Murdock Tilghman and Ringgold delivered to Mr Speaker
the proceedings of the Commissioners of the several Colonies who
met at New York in Consequence of the proposal of the House of
Representatives of the Government of the Massachusetts Bay laid
before the House last Session which were Ordered to be read and
were read in the House accordingly and lodged in the Hands of the
Speaker for the perusal of the Members
