the same Bond named shall dispose of and Account for the Monies
arising by such Sale or Sales agr cable to the intention of this Act
and shall at such Sale or Sales produce a Certificate from the said
Deputy Commissary of such Security having been given and also
that the said John Paca Robert Adair Moses Hill and Margaret his
Wife shall within six Months after the Sale as aforesaid Account
with the Commissary for the Produce of such Sale and give Security
for the Ballance if any in the same Manner as if the same was
properly Personal Estate to be divided and paid According to the
true intent and meaning of this Act Provided always and be it
enacted that this shall not extend to impower the said John Paca
Robert Adair Moses Hill and Margaret his Wife or any or other
of them to burthen or charge the Orphan or Orphans of the afore-
said William Hammond or any Person or Persons claiming by from
or under them or any of them with any General or other Warranty
than against the said William Hammond and his heirs Saving to his
most sacred Majesty his heirs and Successors the Right Honourable
the Lord Proprietary his Heirs and Successors and to all Bodies
Politic and Corporate and all others not mentioned in this Act their
Several and Respective Rights

A Supplementary Act to an Act entituled an Act for erecting a
County School in Worcester County and Appointing Visitors for
the same.

Whereas by Virtue of the said Act for erecting a County School
in Worcester County and Appointing the Visitors for the same and
of another Act entituled an Act for the Encouragement of Learning
and erecting Schools in the several Countys within this Province
the Visitors of the same County School are Authorized and directed
to Purchase one hundred Acres of Land or more for the Use of the
said School

And Whereas it is represented to this General Assembly that the
funds of the said School are insufficient for Purchasing so large a
Quantity of Land that it will be more Commodious and convenient to
Purchase in Lieu thereof four lotts of Ground in the Town of Snow
Hill for the use of the said School Be it therefore enacted by the
Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary by and with the Advice and
Consent of the Lordships Governor and the Upper and Lower
Houses of Assembly and the Authority of the same That the Visitors
