Premises with the Appurtenances And all the Estate Right Title
Interest Use Trust property claim and Demand as well in law as in
Equity of him the said William Hammond at the time of his Death
of his Heirs since his death and of the said Alexander Lawson and
John Paca Junior of into and out of the said Mortgaged Premises
and of into and out of every part and Parcell thereof and all the
Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Profit Claim and
Demand of him the said William Hammond at the time of his
Death in Law or Equity of into and out of the said Tract of Land
called Cole's Addition and the same Moiety of the said Tract of
Land called Cromwell's Chance and of into and out of every part
and Parcel of them to make over and Convey by Indenture of Bar-
gain and Sale or by any other purpose Conveyance or Conveyances
in the Law to the Person or Persons who shall bid and give the
best and highest Price therefore as effectually and fully to all
intents and Purposes as if the said John Paca Robert Adair Moses
Hill and Margaret his Wife or the Survivors or Survivor of them
were or was Seised in their or his own Right of and in the like
Estate in the said Mortgaged Premises and the said Tract of Land
called Coles Addition and the same Moietv of Cromwells Chance as

the said William Hammond was Seised of at the Time of his Death
and the Money Ariseing from or on such Sale of the said Mortgaged
Premisses to apply to the discharge of the said Mortgage and the
overplus if any together with the Monies arising from or on such
Sale or Sales of the said Tract of Land called Cole's Addition and
the Moiety of the said Land Called Cromwell's Chance to lay out or
Apply and dispose for and towards the Payment and Satisfaction
of the said Bond passed as aforesaid to the said Richard Moale
or what may be legally due thereon and other debts of the said
William Hammond at the time of his Death if any thereof still
remain unpaid and the Overplus thereof if any shall be and remain
and shall be secured for and paid to such Person or Persons as by
the said Will of the said William Hammond the said Lotts were
devised in Proportion to the Value of the said Lotts and the Quan-
tity and Quality of each Persons Estate therein by the Will aforesaid
of him the said William Hammond And to the end that discovery
may be made of such Overplus if any should be And that the same
may be duly secured Accordingly Be it Enacted that the said John
Paca Robert Adair Moses Hill and Margaret his Wife or the Sur-
vivor of them shall before such Sale or Sales as aforesaid give Bond
in the Penalty of two thousand Pounds Current Money with Suffi-
cient Sureties to the Deputy Commissary of Baltimore County in
the same manners and fform as is usual for Executors to give
(which said Bond shall be by the said deputy Commissary trans-
mitted to and lodged in the Prerogative Office in Annapolis) with
Condition to the same Bond annexed that the said Obligors in
