ACTS OF THE ASSEMBLY PASSED IN
OCTOBER-NOVEMBER, 1763

[EDITOR'S NOTE. — The recording clerk has been guilty of a confusing error in
designating both the first and second acts as "No. i", thus also numbering incorrectly
all the acts which follow. This same error has been made in the case of the acts for
both the years 1762 and 1763. The editor has allowed the clerk's incorrect numera-
tion in Arabic figures to remain, but has added in bracketed italicised Roman figures
the correct numbers of the acts. The matter is further discussed on page lxxviii.]
