further Business before us at this time, we have only to request your
Excellency to put and End to the Session.

Mr Speaker left the Chair (and attended by the Members of the
Lower House) went ro the Upper house and there presented to his
Excellency the following Ingrossed bills (Vizt)
An Ingrossed bill Ent.d An Act to prohibit raising of Swine and
Geese in Charles Town in Charles County.
An Ingrossed bill Ent.d An Act empowering the Justices of Prince
Georges and Charles Countys to levy on the taxable persons of S.t
Johns commonly called King Georges parish in the Said Countys
the Sum of fifty Six Thousand Pounds of Tobacco for the necessary
Enlargements of their Parish Church.
An Ingrossed Bill Ent.d An Act for imposing an Additional duty
of two Pounds p Poll on all Negroes imported into this Province.
An Ingrossed Bill Ent.d An Act to continue the power of the
Several Sheriffs and Collectors (under the Act Ent.d An Act grant-
ing a Supply of £40000, for his Majesty's Service and Striking
£34015..6..0 thereof in Bills of Credit and raising a Fund for Sink-
ing the same) in collecting and Accounting for the Several sums
due in Virtue of that Act.
An Ingrossed Bill Ent,d an Act empowering Richard Richardson
of Frederick County to Sell and dispose of the Lands which belonged
to his deceased Father Richard Richardson and to Apply the money
Arising therefrom to the Uses of his Said Fathers Will.
An Ingrossed Bill Ent.d An Act to impower the Justices of Charles
County to levy on the taxable Inhabitants of Port Tobacco Parish in
Said County an additional Sum not exceeding two Pounds of Tobacca
p Poll for the further Support of an Organist in the said Parish.
An Ingrossed Bill Ent.d An Act for erecting a Publick School in
Frederick County.

An Ingrossed Bill Ent.d a Supplementary Act to an Act Ent.d an
Act for the Speedy and Effectual publication of the Laws of this
Province and for the encouragement of Jonas Green of the City of
Annapolis Printer.
And An Ingrossed Bill Ent.d an Act to revive Kent County Novem-
ber Court and to Continue the process therein.
All which his Excellency passed into Laws in the usual form — His
Excellency made the following Speech (Viz.th)
Gentlemen of the Upper and Lower Houses of Assembly
I have thought fit with the advice of his Lordships Council of State
to prorogue this Assembly to the first Tuesday in May next

So endeth this Session of Assembly this 26.th day of Nov.r in the
year of our Lord one Thousand Seven hundred and Sixty Three
