Publick Buildings, at the same time, we think ourselves Obliged to
mention that the Sum proposed by you to be Expended thereon, is
not Sufficient to procure all the Repairs that may be necessary, and
therefore propose to you, that it may increased.

the first & Second time by especial Order and will pass.

An Ordinance for the immediate Repair of the Court house, and
Other Publick Buildings, within the City of Annapolis
It is Ordained by his Excellency & the Upper and Lower Houses of
Assembly, that a Sum not exceeding Three hundred Pounds shall be
paid to Daniel Dulany, John Ridout, Walter Dulany, George Steuart,
and Brice Thomas Beale Worthington Esq.rs
By the Treasurer of the Western Shore out of the Public Money
now in his hands to be laid out by the said Daniel Dulany, John
Ridout, Walter Dulany, George Steuart, & Brice Tho.s Beale Worth-
ington, Or any two, or more of them, for the immediate and necessary
Repairs of the Council House, Court House, Repository & paper Cur-
rency Office, within the City of Annapolis, A Regular and Clear
Account of the Disposition of which money, they the Said Daniel
Dulany, John Ridout, Walter Dulany George Steuart, and Brice
Thomas Beale Worthington, or any two or more of them, are hereby
directed to lay before the General Assembly at their next meeting
24,th Nov,r 1763,
Read and Assented to by the Lower house of Assembly.

house with the paper Bill by Mr Henry Hall & Mr Wright.

November Court and Continue the process therein.
