On Motion, that an Address be prepared to the Governor relative
to the Report brought in from the Committee appointed to inspect
the Office and proceedings of the Commissioners of the paper Cur-
rency Office &c.a leave given,
Ordered that Col.o Tilghman, Mr Ringgold, Mr Dulany Mr Beall
Mr Hanson & M.r Johnson, do prepare & bring in the Same,

The house Adjourns till the Morrow Morning at 9, of the Clock

Friday Morning 25.th Nov.r 1763.

The house met according to Adjournment the Members were
called and all appeared as yesterday, Except Mr Adams.
The proceedings were Read.

Mr Sulivane appeard in the house

Mr Graham brings in and delivers to Mr Speaker the following
Report.
By the Committee appointed by the Hon.ble the Lower House of
Assembly to examine the Agents Accounts 24.th Nov.r 1763.
Your Committee have examined the Accounts of the Agents under
the Act for granting a Supply of forty thousand Pounds for his Maj-
estys Service and Striking thirty four thousand and fifteen Pounds
Six Shillings thereof in Bills of Credit and raising a fund for Sink-
ing the Same, and find that Since the Report of your Committee
in November Session 1757 they have Applied the Several Sums of
Money then in their hands to the particular Services for which they
were appropriated and that there remains in their hands the Sum of
£156..18..10 1/2, your Committee also find that there is in the hands
of Captain Alexander Beall for the Ballance of the Money paid him
for Recruiting his Company unaccounted for £28..1.. 0 and that there
is in the hands of George Ross a Ballance of £11.4..0 1/2, and the
Agents Remark that he Claims a larger Sum than this Ballance on
Account of Some payments made by him for Work done at fort
Frederick for which the proper Vouchers have never Come to the
hands of the Said Agents
Your Committee also Observe that there is in the hands of John
Buchanan Merchants in London the Sum of £142..0..11 Sterling
being the Ballance Unapplied of Bills of Exchange remitted to him
for purchasing Arms and Ammunition
Your Committee likewise take leave to Observe that there are
Several Sums of Money due to the following People for Sundry
Services at the Fort which the Agents Apprehend they are liable to
pay when called upon, Vizt
