Major Hynson, from the Committee of Accounts, brings in and
delivers to Mr Speaker, the Journal of Accounts
An Ingrossed Bill Ent.d a Supplementary Act to the Act, Ent.d an
Act for emitting and making Current 90000.lb Current Money of
Maryland in bills of Credit was read and Assented to, and Sent to
the Upper house with the paper bill by Mr Hanson & Mr Dent.
On reading the 2.d time, the Bill Ent.d An Act for laying out and
erecting a Town at Elk Ridge Landing &c.a
The question was put, whether that part of the Bill directing a
Jury to be empannelled, to Value the Land in case the Comissioners
and proprietors shall not agree, be altered or not,
Resolved in the Affirmative
