find that the Several facts alledged in the Said Petition are true.

The Bill Ent.d An Act to impower John Paca, Robert Adair, Moses
Hill, and Margaret his Wife, to Sell and dispose of the Lands therein
mentioned, late the Lands of William Hammond, of Baltimore
County, deceased for the payment of the debts of the said William
Hammond was read the 2.d time, and passed, & Sent to the Upper
house by Mr Gantt and Major Waring.
The house Adjourns till 2. of the Clock

The house met according to Adjournment &c.a
M.r Harris brings in and delivers to Mr Speaker, a bill Ent,d a
Supplementary Act to an Act Ent,d an Act for erecting a County
School in Worcester County and appointing Visitors for the Same,
which was read the first time, and Ordered to lye on the Table
On Motion the question was put, That the College bill be read the
2,d time, on the Morrow Morning, at the Sitting of the house. Re-
solved in the Negative.
