20, that there be a penalty of One hundred pounds upon each
Inspector in Case of an Inspection House being burnt where it can
be made appear to be by the Neglect of such Inspector

an Act for giving a bounty for Indian Scalps & prisoners; which was
read the first time, and Ordered to lye on the table
The petition of Several Inhabitants of Somerset County, was
Read the Second time, and there upon Ordered, that leave be given
to bring in a Bill according to prayer
Ordered, that Mr Hayward, M.r Smallwood, M.r J. Tilghman Mr
Allen Mr W. Adams and Mr J. Adams, do prepare and bring in a Bill
accordingly.
A Bill, Entituled, an Act to impower John Paca, Robert Adair,
Moses Hill, and Margaret his Wife, to Sell and dispose of the Lands
therein mentioned, late the Lands of William Hammond of Balto
County deceased, for the payment of the debts of the said William
Hammond
Was read the first time & ordered to lye on the Table
The house adjourns till to Morrow Morning at 9, of the Clock

The house Met according to Adjournment &c.a
The bill, Ent,d an Act for giving a bounty for Indian Scalps and
prisoners, was read the 2.d time, and will pass, and was sent to the
Upper house by Mr Magruder and Capt Chapline

Mr Hanson brings in & delivers to Mr Speaker, the following
Report, Vizt
By the Committee appointed to examine into the Facts contained
in the petition of Draper Lusby & Frances his Wife, Executrix of
the Last Will & Testament of John Hynson late of Kent County

deceased, and Mathew Bryan of Queen Anns County & to report the
same to the House
Your Committee upon Examination of the last will and Testament
of the said John Hynson deceased, and a deed from the said Draper
